Pssst

I have some fun news. I am having a show at Cafe Loka in Taos. Kj, you and I had coffee there
remember? I have the little Paris painting at the gallery next door and the owner of the cafe liked it and wanted to see more, which I showed him today and now I have a little show for a month. Usually a cafe would not be my pick to show work, but this cafe is very special and very modern and classy, so it is an honor to show my work there.
* I did not lift a finger to make this happen, so I have to say it is a result of "The Process" from my book "Busting Loose from the Money Game" see other posts for information.
Happy Friday!!!! XOXO

Yay!!!!!!!! This is terrific, Annie! I'm so happy that your work will be shown. I'm hoping this is just the beginning of many wonderful things for you.

(I recently came across a photo I took on my only visit to Taos (instant LOVE!!!!) - it was of a row of old buildings around the square. I really liked this view especially because the name on one of the buildings was "Charley's Corner" and I call my husband Charlie. - just had to tell you!)

Hugs and love,

Thank you everyone. I don't want any of you to think this is my first show, no, I have had a number of shows and shown in a number of galleries, but I have not shown for a few months and it will be nice to have my work out of the house :-).
Angela, email me that photo, if you can and I will see if I know the spot.
I wish you would come back to Taos, it would be so wonderful to meet you for real.
XOXO

Big congratulations Annie. I think cafea are a brilliant way for art to reach the sort of person who wouldn't feel comfortable in a gallery. So pleased for you.
