This was my day yesterday, a Sunday, not a typical day, but my favorite. I felt a bit odd doing this as I am not sure anyone is interested, but I have seen other bloggers do it and it looked like fun to put my day in photos. I started the day with a homemade latte in my favorite mug. Actually I lied, I started my day with Max, Spike and Zeus all on top of me trying to get me up
(my other cat Mr.B is not pictured as he was not involved with this endeavor). After meditating
with my coffee :-), I plastered a new painting, then after it dried I started with the layers of thin paint, this photo are pieces I have just begun, they are far from finished, I also made veggie soup (isn't it cool that one of the potato pieces is in the shape of a heart?) laid around a bit and read and talked on the phone to my mom. Last but not least I blogged and emailed.
Not the most exciting day, but I like my Sunday's that way, calm and peaceful and non-exciting.
Hope you all have a great week.
I love days like that...and can almost smell that soup! Comfort food on Sundays is always nice.

It sounds like a lovely day to me Annie. I have the same thing with the hounds except they just snuggle around and are soporific. :-) If anyone is ill they will do a tag team ensuring that the invalid isn't left alone.
Popping in via starlene's blog. Sounds like you had a lovely Sunday and here it is already Tuesday - how quickly these days fly by!
When I first glanced at the photos, I had no idea it was a picture of soup, and I was going to comment about how I loved that art piece you did with the little heart in it!
Sounds like a perfect day. (I call them Einstein days.) I made chicken soup and focaccia bread from a recipe I found in Larkspur's blog. Very yummy.
Sounds like a good day to me. You'll be interested to know that I wish that I could do what you did, no kids, no house cleaning, no cooking, no husband. Just me lazing around, now that's luxury to me. Big hugs for the week :D
Not strange at all. I like most of my days calm and peaceful:) I love the paintings. The sea, my hair, lines in a story, multiple lifelines...the possibilities are endless.
I love reading your day in pictures. Makes me feel I am almost there with you.
