New Bowl

As you can see, I worked out my photo problem :-). This is my new bowl, and like me she looks better in person than she does in photos, the true color is the photo in the middle. I am very happy with my green, hand built bowl :-). What do you think? XOXO

I think she is beautiful- as if you had somehow folded a blue linen cloth into a perfect shape and the outer of a pearl had rubbed off on the inner surface. Gorgeous.

i do love handbuilt pots. this is lovely and i'm thinking you made the pattern by rolling the clay against some cloth?

I think it is absolutely lovely. I also think you look gorgeous in the profile picture so I have no idea what you are babbling about.

I like it. Did you use a net to get that effect?

I do like your pretty hand built bowl. I do like that it is not too perfectly round. I like the criss cross patterns. It reminds me very much of a Chinese rice bowl.

I love love love your hand built bowl. It is gorgeous. I have a ceramic hand built bowl in my very sparse living room...just about the only art object in the room...that sits on an end table. It has glaze on it very close to the colour you have used here. I like the texture of your bowl and the little foot at the bottom. Also I like the white inside...the contrast between the white and outside...like a robin's egg shell broken open.

I love the bowl. If I had money, I would want to buy a whole set of these.
