Coyote!

This is the 10th coyote I have seen in the last 6 months. I usually see one a year. This one not only stood still for the photo this morning, it later laid down and watched Bella and I as we walked away. Bella went nuts, but luckily she was on the leash. I no longer let her run free out here with the rattle snakes! Someone told me I had coyote medicine, I don't know, but I love them. Happy Saturday!XOXO

Coyote! Animal Wednesday (On Thursday)

I am sorry some of these photos are blurry, I was snapping as fast as I could and this coyote was moving around. I have been seeing a lot of coyotes lately. Not sure what's up.
Happy Thursday and don't forget that I am having a sale and free shipping in the US in my ETSY shop until Monday the 6Th, see the 2 posts below for details. XOXO

Animal Wednesday

This is Finn. A client's dog. I love him as if he were my own :-). I took this silly little video the other day, as you can tell my video skills have not improved one bit. Also a coyote ran in front of my car today, I did not have time to get a photo, but she was beautiful. Changes are afoot. Happy Animal Wednesday! XOXO

Animal Wednesday (Coyote)

Today, I captured my first Coyote, on video that is :-). The first video(Blogger put it on the bottom, I wanted it on the top, so watch the the one below the post first, then go to the top one) is of her (not sure why I thought it was a her, but I know it was) waiting for the right second to capture a little prairie dog, the second video is after she had done so and was finishing her meal and taking off, sorry I was a little shaky and I was too far away to get a really good image, but I did my best. I felt sorry for the prairie dog, but I was also hoping she would catch it as she was so thin and looked hungry. If you have been reading my blog for a while, you know that a coyote sighting always means big changes for me, I think this is a very good sign :-) as I am making big changes and working magic in my life right now. Happy Wednesday. XOXO

Another Coyote (Trick or Treat)

Less than 3 weeks ago a coyote ran in front of my car, yesterday on my way to the place I run, another coyote ran in front of my car. This is getting spooky. Something is indeed up and I am on the lookout. Only time will tell...

Caution, Coyote

This morning on the way to work a huge Coyote ran in front of my car. If you have been coming to this blog for a while you may remember that whenever I see a coyote, it means big changes are coming. Sometimes those changes are good and sometimes they appear not so good. I am hoping for some good ones this time. I love coyotes which is why I think they always have something special for me when I see one, and today the sighting was only for me. Yikes. XOXO

Coyote

This photo taken by Geraint Smith.
I saw a coyote while running this morning. It has been at
least a year and a half since I last saw my old friend.
I never told you all the story about how a coyote came in
to the gallery where I worked a couple years ago. It was afternoon
around four o'clock on a late Summer's day. I was sitting at the
computer in the office and I heard the ringer go off to alert me
that someone was there. A few seconds later a coyote stood
staring at me. Now the really amazing thing is that this coyote,
not only had to come to town to see me, he had to go through a
closed in courtyard and through two rooms with small doors.
I talked to a man who knows a lot about coyotes and he said a
coyote would never enter a space like that, well mine did :-).
Coyotes have always brought me messages by their appearances.
Sometimes I get the message, sometimes I don't. I have been thinking
hard about what that coyote was trying to tell me this morning.
It feels important is all I know for sure.
