New Drawings

Three new drawing/paintings, all available for a song, leave a comment or email me if you are interested. xoxo

New Tea and Rust Drawings

It has been slow going, getting back into doing my art. Drawing seems easier right now than painting and I am being kind with myself and not pushing.

These are my newest tea and rust stained drawings. I add ink and in some cases oil paint to my tea and rust stained tea bag drawings. The tip top is a drawing on tea and rust stained paper the rest are on tea bags then glued to art paper to make them more stable.

I have included a close up under each piece. You can also enlarge for a better view.

Since Christmas is fast approaching I thought I will have a sale in my ETSY shop. 10% off all pieces, just type in CHRISTMAS when the coupon window comes up during checkout. I will be adding these drawings to my shop in the next week, but if you should want one just email me (email address on my side bar) and I will reserve it in your name.  My prices are very low on the drawings, 20-59 dollars, I have a large range of paintings too, 25-675 and every price range in between.

It is hard for me to market myself, but one has to at least attempt it :-).

Always lovely to hear your thoughts.

XOXO

More Drawings, and a Few Small Paintings and Some Good News!

I have been busy :-). I have much more to show, but will save them for another post, I don't want to overwhelm you. The first images are all tea bag and rust drawings, various sizes. The paintings are 4" with 2" sides, like little cubes. I had so much fun doing all these pieces I hope it shows. They will all be making their way to my ETSY site in the next week, but if you see something you like let me know and I will reserve it in your name in my shop. The prices range from $20- $49. I always love your comments.
I have loads of good news: We have had no thunder for almost a week! Bella is very relaxed :-).
I sold some of my drawings! Thank you Barbara! And last, I was selected in the Tao's selects juried show, they can only pick 2 from the three submitted and they picked the root painting and the red bowl. Whoo hoo!
I am off to paint. Have a wonderful weekend everyone! XOXO

Now for Something Completely Different

Remember when I was stuck and stalled with my paintings? I did these drawings during that time.

A friend gave me some 7"x6" paper and I let some rust and tea do some work on them, then I had all these tea bags and decided to do some little drawings on them and put the two together. I also had a dream that I drew on bones, I find a lot of them when I hike, I tried a little drawing on one and liked it, so I will be doing more. All of these pieces will be going into my ETSY shop in the next week, where I am still having a 30% off sale. I always love your comments. Happy weekend! XOXO
