LEAVES

I have been picking up leaves for a month now, for some reason I am finding them infinitely fascinating. I scanned these for you, they are better in person, but I hope you enjoy.
P.S I hope all of you on the East coast are safe and warm.
P.S.S. Go Obama! I love you.
XOXO

Beautiful! Sadly the wind and frosts are stripping the trees here. This mornibg was dry and beautiful with the mist rising over the moss like a fairy land. The trees were bare though, so it looked like Winter.

Beautiful leaves - my favorite palette - all those golds & greens & reds - yes nature is the true artist!

Maybe you could save them by rubbing some cold wax on them so they won't become brittle.

Annie, I forgot about the time change, so I am up an hour early for work, ha ha. God time to catch up on blogs. LOVE your leaves. I have the same fascination with them of course, especially this time of year.
Happy Sunday!
Miss you!

Pretty! A lot of our leaves are on the ground now, thanks to Frankenstorm. But we are O.K., except The Cat thinks it's not warm enough. Hmmph.

Thank you for the leaves. I don't see much of that anymore, living in the desert! They are beautiful.
