I did my best with the photos here, graphite wants to glare (a lot), so for now this is it, the painting is not as dark as this photo shows. 12" x 10"
Venetian plaster, oil, graphite and coffee stain on cradle board. Thank you for your comments.
Now for the winner of the giveaway: Mermaid Gallery! I will be picking out something for you and packing it up this week, I just need an address for you. My email is on the side bar, so please let me know where to send it. Congrats!

Congrats Mermaid Gallery. I'm sure you will love whatever Annie chooses.
I like the contrast with the bead shapes and the feathers. I think it works well on the textured background.
A bead, a feather and a string of pearls. Gotta love it!
(and I do)
Congrats to Mermaid Gallery!
Beautiful! Lovely blog! I have just discovered you, and I'm a new follower!

Loving the bead-twists in the painting. (Snow!? We're too hot in Philly and we want our Spring back.)
Snowing?!
Oh no.... Here we have cold rainy and windy weather. Yuk!

Hi Annie,
Sorry, I know I've been a stranger.... I am currently clay obsessed! I will have more balance after the semester ends & we will go hiking!
I love how you take your paintings around the borders :).
How's Bella & what painting did you give away?
Have a great week, too! Are you coming to SF any time soon?
Very cool. I did my bedroom in Venetian plaster and I love the texture and sheen of it.
