Here they are. I hope you like them, 7 out of ten made it. I am pretty happy with that. They started out small, but got smaller as porcelain shrinks when it gets fired. Three are really tiny, but I love them that way. For two weeks I have been painting and not liking the results, so I plaster over it and try again and after a week of this I finally realized what was wrong. The little vases are calling to me and while I have missed painting, right now the vases are what my heart is calling me to, so I finally gave up :-) and made more yesterday, slightly bigger, and I will make many more until my heart is satisfied :-). Please let me know what you think and if you want one let me know, I will be slowly listing them on my ETSY site this week. Happy Tuesday! XOXO

Very cute Annie...
did you know that your heart and head are directly related... one does not function properly without the other.
What we think is what we feel
When we nurture our thoughts we nurture our heart.
Keep having creative fun

glad you are following yr heart. these little guys are so sweet.
wow, you got those back quickly! they turned out super cute! especially love the love one! i had that problem in printmaking that you are having in painting.... i'd keep re-doing plates over & over. have fun making the next set of vases, can't wait to see!
I do like these stumpy squiggly pieces...they have heart!
These would be cute with grape hyacinths or violets in then...just the right size. I like the one with the black squiggles on it!
They look so cute all lined up in a row!
Oh oh oh! How do you do that? You make such lovely art Annie. 7 out of ten .. is that good? Crikey I would be gutted if 3 of my little ones didn't make it through the creative fire. Just wonderful work. And Lori is right about lining them up, makes a great impression.
Oodles of hugs from here. xx Jos
They look good Annie. I'm partial to the blues ;)
Too bad you always lose some in the firing.
xo♥
Absolutely very pretty :)
These turned out so cute Annie, just adorable.
I'd think that would be hard too, always the possibility of loss in the firing.
It's a 'have to' for me.If my heart says clay, there's no way the oils or acrylics will satisfy, and vice versa. Art from the heart, that's it.
Aww so sweet. Well done Annie. It looks like so many fired well.
okay what happened to my previous comment? :)
i would recognize your little vases anywhere. if i walked into a shop and they were there, i would know....
have fun,
kj
ps the word verf is whack. oh no!
These are lovely!
Those are great. And there doesn't seem to be much point in being an artist if you don't follow your heart. (Now that I think about that, I'll amend it to "there doesn't seem to be much point in living if you don't follow your heart."
Thank you, I appreciate each and every one of you! Porcelain has a huge learning curve, I have only been doing it for 2 years, I have much to learn yet, so if I lose a few, it is part of the learning, I don't mind :-). xoxo
love to see them all dressed up now Annie!...and your good news in the post above is wonderful...beneath the surface of everything I believe goodness flows.
