How to Stay Sane When You are Crazy Busy

I thought I would take a minute to share a photo I took the other day of Taos Mountain.

Christmas is looming and coming fast and I am far from ready, but I am trying to keep the holiday cheer, so I have decided I can't get everything done, I will settle for the most important things, like:

Staying in the moment and doing my best,

Connecting with friends and family,

Giving my self quiet time,

Lots of hikes with my dog Bella,

Taking time to always see the beauty around me,

Giving gratitude for all I have,

Meditation,

Getting into the spirit of Christmas and not stressing over it.

Doing what I can, with what I have from where I am.

I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend! Happy Saturday! XOXO

Not enough hours in a day to work and to paint AND then promote it
:-). But I appreciate you. xoxo

Happy holiday season. The mountain looks lovely. I just made a short trip to South India, to see the Nilgiri range and to walk amidst the greenery. You are lucky to be able to go for long walks everyday.

Happy Sunday Annie. Staying in the moment and doing our best ... well that is such sound advice and especially in the festive season where expectations run rampant and stress levels rise right along with it. Shall we just do what we can and leave it at that? Warmest hugs lovely one. xx Jos

I stressed only for a small moment.
It passed, as the problem really wasn't one. I'd just been trying to make it one.Silly me, I do that sometimes.
You sound like you have it together,,,and I'm glad.
XOXO

Hugs dear Annie. Yes I know what you mean. I've been burning the candle at both ends trying to have everything done. You know what though, it's been the taking little trips and getting things like the traditional cherry licquer chocolates, pates, and treats like that which have made th time feel special.
