I took this picture today. It has been snowing non-stop. I love how everything gets so quiet when it snows. This is how I am feeling these days, quiet and contemplative, calm and accepting. Gearing up for when I leave next week to go home for the holidays, it will be a busy and fun time. What are you doing for Christmas (if you celebrate it) ? XOXO

Hello Annie...*sob*..it did not arrive. I made a complaint to the local postal and they said they could not track it unless there's a registered number or something. I am so sad on this issue, and this is not the first parcel.
The Buddha picture is very calm, I am almost feel it here. It must be freezing at your home, I dont think I can survive there..I'm complaining of the cold if its 18degree C. Am going to the mountains for some cool air this weekend, Christmas is with my mom. She has a smaller tree this year and as usual, after mom's place and all those opening of presents (the kids cant wait..) then, it's to relatives place and non stop eating..so much for dieting this month! Much love and big hugs :D
wonderful photo. love the contrasts of the snow with the darker buddha and the leaves on the edges. I hope you have a peaceful and joyful trip home. I will cook a meal for my brother and son. Open a few gifts. Keeping it simple and small. Namaste, Suki
What a lovely pic. So unusual with the snow.
I hope you have a wonderful time with your family. Enjoy the peace and quiet while it's there as you will miss it in thr hubbub.
I'm trying to motivate myself into the next few Christmas makings. I couldn't get a ball for the head of one pattern of doll, so I have changed my plans. I think the new plan will work out better. :-)
The eternal pose of freedom, of peace. Thank you dear one for sharing such beauty and your own journey.
brrrr...
Lovely photo. I love the crisp details of the lines of the robe echoed in the lines of the leaves and the branches. It's beautiful. Hope you can keep some of this peace with you while you travel. I'll be working Christmas Day and the day after. Hubby works Christmas Eve, so we will be celebrating a few days before. Italian Handkerchiefs for dinner:>) College Grrrrl's favorite. Merry Christmas!!
