Spike looking cranky, but really he is a sweetheart. My grand experiment goes on. Food is the latest thing to start changing. I no longer starve myself, which I think is good :-). I eat what I want when the spirit moves me and hopefully that will level out to healthy foods, mostly. Right now some unhealthy foods are involved :-). I am at the same time running more, and faster and better. I feel like adding a mile to make up for the food. (Mind you I am not binging, but eating like a normal person :-). My art is getting more open. I am not sure how else to explain it. I feel more at peace. I highly recommend this living in the moment stuff. Are you tired of me writing about it yet? It is just so fun. I would love it if someone else out there took up the experiment too and told me how it effected their life. Of course I am only living in the moment in small amounts at a time as it takes practice, but if I am feeling this good now, wait until I really get this thing down :-). Hope you are all having a mighty Monday.

I've always had a problem with food...I love all the wrong stuff. I've finally cut out bread and cookies for now.
Spike looks wonderful!
I really like the changes you are making and the way of living you have chosen. I need to pay close attention to what you are up to for inspiration to do same.
how is kitty? Any better with the eating?
xoxo
I tried to eat better but it didn't work out. I don't exactly eat badly, but I don't get enough veggies at all.
Bought a bag of carrots today to maybe change that. Small steps. LOL
I never got good at living in the moment. Glad it is working out for you. :-)
Dagny, Thank you, Mr.B eats, a lot, he just won't gain any weight. I never see Spike eat, but he is fat, go figure...Nina, I would not say I am good at it, just trying to do it
seems to have some effect :-).
I just started reading your blog so I don't know about the eating and the kitty, but I do like your writing about living in the moment. When we become regimented to a schedule, well, we become regimented. At least I do. Living in the moment is definitely freeing. I run too and just kind of became wiped out this week. I'll run on Thursday, but today I am content eating a bag of yogurt pretzels. Also, I love the picture of the snow. Beautiful!
Marimar-Yes, freeing is the perfect word for it! Everything starts to change without much effort at all. It is really fun:-).
