Thankful Monday

This has been a hard two weeks, with losing Mr.B and dealing with loss. I am much better at it now than I used to be and for that I am thankful. I have a had a few nice things happen lately too and one of those things is that my dear older brother J bought me 4 brand new tires for my car!
This is a big blessing as with all the extra expenses with going to see my mom and the Vet bills I did not see how I was going to be able to buy the much needed tires before Winter, but my brother came to the rescue. Thank you!!! The other nice thing is that I have had a few lovely sales in my Etsy shop and I am most thankful for that. Thank you ladies and you know who you are! Not much going on, but work and art, the usual. I hope you all have a wonderful week.
I will leave you with these quotes to ponder:
"Only he who can see the invisible can do the impossible"- Frank Gaines
"There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle"-Albert Einstein
"Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail"-Muriel Strode
Love.xoxo

yay for bro ;)!

I know the loss of our pets is so very hard. I'm still missing so many of mine even though I love the current ones as much.

I'm glad things are looking up for you sales wise. I had to shut my Etsy down until I get my printing problems fixed. Every day is lost income. Oh well, ces't la vie!

The Einstein Quote is one of my favorites. I used to post positive quotes all around the house... I've got to start doing that again~ it seems I need more frequent reminders! You also reminded me I need to call my brother! Have a wonderful week, Annie... I wish you could've hiked w/ me today :)

It has been a rough September for some of us, hasn't it? But yay for your older brother and new tires!!!

Kj-Me too, glad you are back! I hope it went well. I could make a pretty large one, I would have to check with the lady who runs the kiln, but for my part I would say 15"x 15" would probably be my limit. How big would you like one is more the question? xoxo
Kate.P-yes! And yay! xoxo

Oh, that's wonderful about your tires! I know what it's like to struggle along by yourself wondering how you will get what you need - sometimes getting a hand is a big relief.

Congratulations on your Etsy sales. That always makes my day when it happens to me.

Brothers can be just the bees knees can't they? I remember when I was really ill a few years ago, got the usual flowers and cards from lovely friends ... got a Spike Milligan joke book from Marce (youngest bro). Perfect.I still look at it when I need a smile.

You do sound pretty perky Annie, despite the sadness of losing Mr B. I am glad it's easier to bear these days. Big hugs xx Jos

I am sorry for your loss, but there is still another way to look at things, now Mr B will be chasing all the bad spirits out of the area!
