New Collage

The first two photos are detail shots and the last is the painting as a whole.
Using old ledger papers and ink, venetian plaster, graphite and oil and coldwax, 24"x 12", titled "Nine"
Again I struggle with getting a good photo, but this is the closest I could come.
These new collages are coming fast as I am reworking old paintings and not starting from scratch.
I always love to hear what you think.
XOXO

annie, of course i love this one, as i've loved the others... that open area in the center seems so right to me... also it occurs to me that these would be exceedingly wonderful grouped together - and i would love to see that if you ever snap a pic of them together!

love to you...

Lynne, you are a woman after my own heart, there was something glued to that center and it did not please me, so I ripped it away and there was the under painting waiting for release :-). I have them all grouped together in my house, but the lighting in here is no good, if I get a decent photo of them I will send it to you. Love to you too. xoxo

Annie, I am LOVING your new work!!! How exciting to see it.

In regard to your dilemma about having control over how your work on other people's computers - you will never have control over that. It is one reason why I still try hard to show my work so people can see it in person. Art is always best in person! Always!

Keep up the great work!

Karine, Thank you! I agree about showing the work, but most galleries these days want emailed images and some of the galleries I am applying to are across the US. There is no way to control that, and I have to let go :-). xoxo
