For the Love of Words

I have been thinking about words a lot because of my new art project and I made a list of some of my favorites, I love them because of the way they roll off my tongue and some for how they make me feel. I would love it if you gave me a list of some of yours too!

I am going to stop now, because I could go on a long, long time. Happy Sunday!!! xoxo

your so right annie, words are so powerful. i love so many too. my contribution would be 'family', for the way it sounds, and for what it means, and in every language, it's beautiful.

xxx

p.s. family can be anyone you love, and that loves you back :)

Have you gone to the site SavetheWord.org? It's where all the words that are in the process of being culled are up for adoption. Many really great words there and it's a fun site!

Ok here's some onomatopoeia, dinkyfinky, inspirational, free, flowing, scrumptious, crackle, squelch, tickertyboo. They are words which make me smile.

Have fun dear Annie.

I'd have to spend some time with that one, since I don't do well with lists on demand. But the other day someone used the word "syzygy" while talking to me and I had to interrupt to say, "Oh, syzygy is one of the all-time great words."

...they could also hold stick of incense.

Oh, I gave 'the money game' book to my therapist and she really liked it. Somehow it was a little to airy for me but she thought it very worthwhile and is keeping it in her lending library.
