Nothing profound to share today, it is pouring rain outside, which I love in Summer and I am a bit down which does not happen often and which I do not want to talk about :-). Instead I thought I would show you my latest bowl. Again there are a few glazing flaws, but other than that it is in good shape. I don't want to put anything with flaws on my Etsy site, so I offer it here and if any of you want it just make me an offer (I need money, so no trades this time) and I will consider it. Sorry for the crappy photos, but the lighting and the weather outside was not helpful today. The true color of red is the in the second photo down. The bowl is all handbuilt and measures 3"tall and 5 3/4" round. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and thank you for your lovely comments and good energy yesterday, there were no sales though, I am sorry to say. XOXO

Sorry nothing sold. Love the bowl.
Hugs Annie, I am sorry to hear that nothing sold. Your bowl though is gorgeous -love that vibrant red! Things are getting back to normal here so I can wallow in blogland again and go visiting.
If you can go running or make something -let the creation process take you over, maybe it would help lift you again.
The bowl you sent is wonderful- more wonderful even than the photos. I was looking up at it yesterday when packing another parcel, when the exciting balloon whizzing loops caught my eye and made me think "yes that is how life ought to be- full of excitement and different directions- never a straight line". Your new bowl has that same message too I think.
looks like the "economy" (read fear of everything) has hurt your sales as well. Ca not say I am in good shape, money wise either, but I am believing there is a change coming, maybe August (?).
I saw your work at the Gallery on Kit Carson and I think it is very powerful- texture laden pieces with layers of rawness and feeling. I wish I could have seen them in a little better light. Amazing work!
Dawn-Thanks.
Melanie-Thank you for the lovely words and I am so happy you like your bowl :-).
Whitemist- I sure hope so :-).
Mosca-Thank you so much, you have made my day, I always wonder if anyone gets my work or even sees it, lighting is always a problem!
How lovely! Those colors just make me happy.
More than selling your art, I wish unshakable faith for you. Still, I know you need to make a living, so sell away.
annie - one of my blog readers knows i adore anything xoxo and directed me here to see your lovely bowl. if it hasn't been sold i'd be a happy buyer!
