I could not let the day pass without expressing how happy I am. We in the United States have been blessed with a real leader today. Watching Obama give his speech and all the celebrations that followed, filled my heart to overflowing. I think for the first time in my lifetime we have a man in the White house that I respect and yes, even love. He has so much hard work ahead of him, but I know he will do his best and I believe he will change our world. Also I don't know about you, but I have never been so glad to see a man leave office as I was today! Yay!
Happy Obama day! XOXO

Something that many Americans fail to appreciate, is that your choice of presidents affects us all. We are, all therefore, excited and hopeful (not to mention relived that worst president in history has left the building)about the direction history will now take.
WT-Yes, you are totally right. We all got lucky today!
Isnt he awesome Annie and such a good speaker. When our PM speaks, we fall asleep..well, he fell asleep many times too...no kidding :D
Annie, I was thinking the same thing today. I actually love and respect my president! It's a wonderful feeling. xoxox
Hi Annie. A very moving day. I agree, he will do his best in a difficult job. He is so full of confidence and so intelligent.
I've been dancing in place for 2 days. This couldn't be more exciting.
I am still on a happy high!
I am hoping that he will bring about big changes. I think the worrld is hoping that he will make the right decisions to bring us out of recession.
He has the charisma of a Kennedy.
