Life

This is a photo of 3 of my boys on their couch. Me, I am
well trained and never go near the couch :-). A lot has
happened for me this week. Many trials and things I would
rather not have occurred, but they did and now that I am on
the other side, I see that just as I suspect, things happen for
a reason. I respect that many of you do not believe that, but
in my life, for me, it is a powerful truth. Through events of
the week I now have a huge fire burning under me to make
my dream of doing art and writing full time a reality. I can't
go into the details because some of the people involved read
my blog, but I will say it was a hurtful thing. The good part is
that I am on the up side of things and I feel better than ever.
I have a question to ask all of you. I have a bunch of older
paintings, in a style I no longer do, that I would love to sell,
for much cheaper than my new work. Would any of you be
interested in seeing this work? If so let me know in comments
and I will post one from time to time. Have a wonderful Tuesday.

I'm sorry you've had a rough few days. But I'm glad that you are past it now. I think that I believe everything happens for a reason... sometimes it is difficult to understand the reason though!

The more I welcome the discomfort, the more I see. It is tough, though. You are brave, too:)

Let's see your inspirations.

Sorry to hear about those tough days...we all go through them somehow, can't really avoid them like I can't avoid tax! But I am happy to read that you are on the sunnier side and look at it positively..and of course, we'd love to see your arts. Lots of love and hugs always, M

Hia Annie, I am in awe of anyone who can paint properly. Of course I'd love to see your paintings.

Good to hear that you are recovering. It sounds like you had one heck of a week. I hope a big positive comes out of the negative. Sometimes things happen to make us go in a new direction.

yes! and double yes we would love to see your paintings here on your blog! sometimes i have had those painful moments be my fire to change just like you are describing and i will tell you....keep those coals good and hot, ask for those who support you to send their air born energy to help stoke that fire. if it is pain that is motivating you to what you truly want then maybe you could welcome it?!!
